ICG Personnel from Indian Coast Guard Air Station (ICGAS) Daman showcased their commitment to community integration and fitness by participating in 30 Kms Cyclothon and 5 Kms Ahimsa Run, organised by the Rotary Club of Vapi and JITO Group respectively.<\/p>\n

A total of 50 ICG Personnel joined hands with participants from diverse backgrounds, pedalling through the picturesque routes of Vapi in Cyclothon and scorched the Ahimsa Run route with josh and vigour. The enthusiastic participation not only highlighted their dedication to physical fitness but also underscored support for Fit India Movement emphasizing the importance of a healthy lifestyle and community spirit.<\/p>\n

Ketan Mangela, EF emerged victorious in 5 kms Run out of over 500 runners who participated in the Ahimsa Run.<\/p>\n

Through these events, the Indian Coast Guard personnel from ICGAS Daman reaffirmed their commitment to holistic well-being and societal engagement, serving as beacons of inspiration for others to follow suit.<\/p>\n
